Today I made creme fraiche by accident, while attempting to make mozzarella. oops.  I should stick to things I know.

I recently started making tamagoyaki, aka Japanese breakfast egg rolls.  I used a french steel pan, and it worked pretty well.  I’m looking at getting the correct tool for the job though.  This one looks decent.

My garlic press recently broke while using it and I have been looking for a replacement.  I came across this while browsing my options.
